I've purchased the FPV Drone and Just…

I've purchased the FPV Drone and Just cant connect to my phone, Register, goggles, and or use the simulator. Why waste my time? Now I have to return this product.

Expensive mistake…

My brother and I both ordered a DJI smart controller for DJI's certain drones. They were refurbished and came with a "new" warranty. Upon receiving they both failed to work with the same issue and it seems that it is a problem with most of the same controllers. DJI appears
reluctant to honor their promise to take back their faulty
product. It was a very expensive purchase that does not work even after following DJI's instructions to correct the issue. A $599 mistake. Buyer beware.

Refurbed items sold as new!!

I purchased a drone that arrived with scratches on it. I raised my concern with DJI and they agreed to ship me a replacement unit but when this arrived it had a production date on the box of 2021/1. When I questioned DJI about this I was informed that sometimes refurbished units are sometimes shipped out and it’s okay because they are “like” new. I have tried to get a refund but to no joy. I feel deeply disappointed as I purchased a brand new product and am left with an old unit that I suspect has been repaired. I would sadly advise anyone to purchase any other make apart from DJI as they just seem very dishonest. When I tried to make a complaint I was told that the department I need to speed to doesn’t take calls. I returned this item as it was also faulty. I then purchased a new item and this arrived stating on the box that it was made in 2022/7 but the goggles had black box data from 2018, the drone had data from March 2022?? The goggles battery was badly scratched with a date of 2020. So just be careful and always check the black box data. Please advise how I reply?

WARNING!!!!

RE: CAS-10369798-W5S6F5. DJI has had my broken Mavic Mini 3 Pro since 8/25/22 at 10:17am checked into the Cerritos, CA location. They’ve sent me 5 quotes with BROKEN links to their payment system. I’ve spoken via chat to Love, JL, Matt, Rebecca, Karen, Wani, Felicity, Yen, Ruffa, Nheil. Dozens of emails to Jerry, April Li, Honey. No one has been able to fix this problem and send me a replacement. I’m a DJI loyalist with 6 devices—4 of them drones. The DJI Care Express service has been a nightmare and unacceptable at this price point. I do not recommend their products. I’ve filed a complaint with the FCC, Office of the Attorney General of California and contacted their CEO Frank Wang

DJI crooks and scam merchants.

I purchased two DJI Phantom 2 vision plus units a number of years ago. Since then they have been in storage and the batteries have been looked after properly and are still in excellent condition.
I now find I have time to start using the units again.
However, when it comes to use them I find that everything works perfectly apart from the camera’s. The camera’s will record and story video and still images on the SD card. The video feed to the DJI App fails to start on both units. I have updated both camera’s with the up to date software and nothing works.
This is not the first time I have had issues with DJI and it’s products.
The DJI company is run by complete robbing dogs and are not interested in anything to help its customers when things don’t go right.
They are crooks and scam merchants that deserve to go to jail for extorting good money from hard work people of this world.
Complete scum bags that seem to be full of disingenuous, insincere and fake apologies.
Thieving “no after service” crooks.

DJI Support surprised me and delivered an outstanding customer engagement experience!

I had a case opened recently with DJI that initially created the typical frustrations we hear about. I can tell you, my perception changed entirely. DJI made every attempt to go above and beyond to correct my situation and bring my case to resolution. I feel with some patience, consideration and with the right level of context coupled with respect - DJI will always go above and beyond to make any challenging situation right. My frustrations were duly noted in my initial review but in the end they placed the customer expectations first! I now have a renewed respect and loyalty in the brand knowing that they are individuals there that places the customer experience first. Thank you @DJI Tina, you embodied a customer centric mindset.

Good customer service so far…

I’m pretty green to the drone industry and been piloting small cheap disposable drones to get the feel down but I recently bought my new mini 2 and totally blow away by the tech in this little guy. Like some people mistakes are easy to make especially near large trees… luckily I decided to get the refresh plan to go with it within the 48hr of activation. Crashed the mini looking for the neighbors cheap one….big mistake… Made my claim and sent it in. DJI promptly sent me details on the damage after they received it. And the new one is on its way in the mail. For me the customer service is legit and as advertised.

I purchased the DJI MINI 2 fly more…

I purchased the DJI MINI 2 fly more package only a few hours ago and unpackng the sealed box and checking the contents were all present and correct i found that the spare props , screws and screw driver were not present in the box,, poor quality control!!

I was going through a really tough experience with the customer service at the begging of the process.
But looks like, it depends on who is dealing with your case from DJI side.
After they transfer my case to Alexiss Xiao, all my problems were solved quickly and easy. I was really impressed with Alexiss professionalism, politeness, intelligence and ability to handle all issues with a high level of excellence.

After 8 times contacting d j I customer…

After 8 times contacting d j I customer service a very simple issue has not been resolved....nice products but very very bad customer service....will never buy another d j I product again....ever...because of after sales service there.
